The router is in the hall closet if it needs a reboot — hold the power button for five seconds. Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu are signed in on the living-room TV.

What to do first
- Park in the gravel spot to the left of the cottage.
- The key for the garden gate is on the hook just inside the front door.
- Thermostat is in the hall — set it to 68°F; it heats up fast.
- Strip the beds and leave linens in the laundry basket.
- Start the dishwasher before you leave.
- Lock both doors — the code resets automatically.
- Check-out is 11am. Text us if you need a little more time.
- Quiet hours 10pm–8am — neighbors are close.
- No smoking indoors (porch is fine).
- Pets welcome — please keep them off the linen couch.
- Please don't rearrange the furniture.
